Camden Physicians, LTD is a privately owned organization providing Family Medicine Health Services to the residents of Northwestern Minneapolis and the suburbs of Plymouth and Maple Grove.  Established in 1941, the solo practice began in a small house in the Camden neighborhood of Minneapolis and has expanded to three modern large locations, staffed with 21 Family Practice Physicians and 2 Certified Physicians Assistants.

We believe that providing quality health care entails more than assessing and treating your physical condition.  Our physicians and clinic staff will make every effort to get to know you and your family. When an illness or injury does occur, we will better understand your unique characteristics and overall needs.
